About the project
For this project, I designed a website for soprano Emi Kauppinen, who wanted a simple and minimalistic platform with clear, intuitive navigation. The goal was to create something personal and elegant — not overly elaborate, but distinct from the typical classical singer website.
To reflect her artistic identity, I incorporated subtle floral elements throughout the design, balanced with a dark and slightly mysterious aesthetic. This added character and individuality while maintaining a refined, understated feel.
A key focus was usability: making it easy for visitors to navigate, clearly presenting upcoming concerts, and providing a well-structured biography section with downloadable CVs for professional accessibility.
The result is a website that feels both personal and sophisticated — minimal in its structure, yet with enough unique visual detail to create a memorable impression.
