Contact usHow does the website subscription work?
Instead of paying a large upfront fee for your website, you pay a fixed monthly subscription. Your subscription covers the website service and hosting, according to your chosen plan. There is no setup fee, and all plans have a 12-month minimum commitment.
Once your website is ready, your monthly subscription keeps it online. Your domain name is paid for separately.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. You enter your payment details when subscribing, and your subscription fee is charged automatically each month. You don't need to make manual payments or remember to pay an invoice every month.
How long does it take to get my website online?
Most websites can be ready to launch within one to two weeks, depending on the scope of the project, the content required, and how quickly feedback and materials are provided.
We'll discuss your needs at the beginning and give you a clearer timeframe for your particular website.
What's included in my subscription?
Your subscription includes a professionally designed website based on your chosen plan, website hosting, an SSL certificate, and support for minor technical issues and bug fixes.
Depending on your plan, you may also have access to additional pages, design refinements, and agreed content updates. We'll clarify what's included in your chosen plan before getting started.
Your domain name and its renewal are not included in the subscription and must be paid for separately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All plans have a minimum commitment of 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, you can cancel with one month's notice.
If you cancel, your website will be taken offline at the end of the applicable subscription period. Your domain name is separate, so you remain responsible for its registration and renewal.

Can I update my website after it launches?
Yes. Your website doesn't have to stay exactly as it was on launch day. Depending on your plan, you can request agreed content updates, minor design changes, and refinements.
Every plan includes support for minor technical issues and bug fixes. The number and scope of content or design updates depend on your subscription, and larger changes or additional features may require a separate agreement.
